Deposit & Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable $30 deposit. However, if you need to cancel, the deposit can be used within one week, provided you notify us before the cancellation. Please inform us at least one day in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you are running late, kindly let us know to help avoid extra charges.

Hair Preparation

For the best results, your hair must be clean, free of oils or products, and washed and blow-dried before your appointment. Your natural hair should also be at least 3–4 inches long around the edges for all styles.

Appointment Timing

To ensure we provide the best service possible, we recommend not scheduling important events immediately after your appointment, as braiding styles can take time and we want to give your hair the care and attention it deserves.
